HouseCall Pro Integration

Learn how to connect your HouseCall Pro account with Inrconnect to sync your customer data, jobs, and invoices automatically.

Overview

Connect your HouseCall Pro account with Inrconnect to automatically sync your customer data, jobs, estimates, and invoices. This integration helps you maintain a unified view of your business operations and customer relationships.

What Gets Synced

When you connect HouseCall Pro to Inrconnect, the following data will be automatically synchronized:

  • Customers: Contact information, addresses, and customer details
  • Jobs: Service appointments, job details, and scheduling information
  • Estimates: Quote information and pricing details
  • Invoices: Billing information and payment status
  • Employees: Team member information and assignments

Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, ensure you have:

  • An active HouseCall Pro account with API access
  • Admin or Owner permissions in your HouseCall Pro account
  • An Inrconnect organization with appropriate permissions
  • Access to your HouseCall Pro API credentials

Step 1: Generate API Credentials in HouseCall Pro

  1. Log in to your HouseCall Pro account
  2. Navigate to SettingsIntegrationsAPI Access
  3. Click Generate New API Key
  4. Copy your API Key and API Secret (you'll need these later)
  5. Note your Company ID from the account settings

Step 2: Configure the Integration in Inrconnect

  1. In your Inrconnect dashboard, go to SettingsOrganizationIntegrations
  2. Find the HouseCall Pro integration card
  3. Click Connect or Configure
  4. Enter your HouseCall Pro credentials:
    • API Key
    • API Secret
    • Company ID
  5. Click Test Connection to verify the credentials
  6. Click Save to complete the setup

Step 3: Set Up Webhook Notifications (Optional)

To receive real-time updates when data changes in HouseCall Pro:

  1. In HouseCall Pro, go to SettingsIntegrationsWebhooks
  2. Click Add New Webhook
  3. Enter your Inrconnect webhook URL: https://yourdomain.com/api/webhooks/housecall-pro
  4. Select the events you want to receive:
    • Customer Created/Updated
    • Job Created/Updated/Completed
    • Invoice Created/Updated/Paid
  5. Set the webhook secret (recommended for security)
  6. Click Save Webhook

Step 4: Configure Sync Settings

After connecting your account:

  1. Choose which data types to sync
  2. Set your sync frequency (real-time, hourly, daily)
  3. Configure field mappings if needed

Verification and Testing
