Getting Started with Jobber
Connect your Jobber account to Inrconnect with a developer app.
Overview
Inrconnect connects your Jobber account to ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP-compatible AI clients. The connection is made through a Jobber developer app that you create and authorize with your own Jobber account.
This guide walks through creating the developer app and connecting it to Inrconnect. Once connected, follow the client guides to finish setup:
What You Need
- An active Inrconnect account with an organization
- A Jobber account
Step-by-Step
Create a Jobber developer account
Sign up for the Jobber Developer Center.
This is separate from your regular Jobber account, but you can use the same credentials when creating it.
Create a new app
Once your developer account is ready, go to create new app and enter the app details:
- App Name:
Inrconnect - (your company name) - Developer Name:
Inrconnect - App Description:
Connect (your company name)'s Jobber account to Inrconnect for secure automation, account data access, and AI-powered workflows. - Callback URL:

Enable all scopes
In the app's scope settings, check all of the scopes on:
- Clients
- Requests
- Quotes
- Jobs
- Scheduled Items
- Invoices
- Jobber Payments
- Users
- Tax Rates
- Expenses
- Custom Field Configurations
- Timesheets
- Vehicles and Equipment
- Marketing
Add the disconnect webhook
In the Webhooks section, click Add webhook, select the topic APP_DISCONNECT, and enter this URL:
https://www.inrconnect.com/api/webhooks/jobberRefresh token rotation
Make sure Refresh token rotation is turned on. This keeps your connection secure.
Create the app and copy your credentials
Click Create. Jobber gives you a Client ID and Client Secret - copy both for the next step.
Save your credentials in Inrconnect
Head back to the Inrconnect Jobber settings page, paste your Client ID and Client Secret, and click Save credentials.
Connect your Jobber account
Once your credentials are saved, click Connect. You will be prompted to sign in to Jobber.
After signing in, your account details appear in Inrconnect. That means you are connected successfully and can proceed to connecting your AI client.
